1. General Information
This website is owned and operated by Bad B!tch Dubz, a women-led record label and DJ collective based in Bristol, UK. By accessing this website and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Pricing
We sell limited edition vinyl records and other merchandise. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment
We accept secure payments via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase; you may also pay using a debit or credit card through the PayPal platform. Note: This does not apply to our products sold through Bandcamp.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the UK (and internationally, on special request). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the limited and collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
